Yesterday, I met two pro skaters at apb skateshop at chinatown! Have you guys ever been to there?? There are a lot of skate stuffs such as clothes, shoes, and boards. Yesterday, a collaboration event was held there, and two pro skaters, who are sponsered by nike for shoes. They are know as kind of regend skaters in skate history. Hi. Today, I want to introduce "king of the road 2016". This event is held every per year and it is always "Crazy" because of skate tricks and others. A lot of skaters apply to this event, and some crazy guys are chosen by Andy Roy. The skaters, who are chosen, go to trip, and it is the film of their trip. I don't know how many stories it has, but the second episode was released today. There are a lot of great and beautiful tricks, but I want to give you a caution. This is one of my favorite skate films, and a lot of famous pro skaters praised to this film and his skills. He passed away on lastyear's October, and he was only 28. He was sponsored by supreme(clothes), gravis(shoes brand), and fucking awesome(board brand). This film was made by gravis footwear, and there are so many crazy tricks in this film. His style was not gangster but artistic. All his tricks were very clean and beautiful, so all skaters watch his skate film as "art". I want to introduce the film "BFFS: Tom Penny". Tom Penny was born in England, and is sponsered by flip skateboard company and supra. He is one of my favorite gangster skaters, and his signature deck is one of the famous decks on skateboard history. He is good at flip tricks. His fakey inward heel flip off on 6 stairs at 2:00 in this film was really crazy because it has possibility to hit a crotch. However, he did it without fears, and it made his trick more beautiful and clean. Also, he is good at rate flip tricks. Late flip trick is one of the difficult tricks on skateboard, but he did it easily. We need to reduce our fears is important to make tricks beautiful, and he doesn't have any fears. Today, I want to introduce other DGK's skate video. There are 2 guys, Stevie Williams and Josh Kalis, and both of them are known as GANGSTER. Also, Stevie is the one, who made DGK, so he made their own style. Josh Kalis is pretty good at 360 flip, and many skaters all over the world envy it and try to have same 360 flip as him. They are both pro skater on DGK. I like DGK so much because of their style, and they are main skaters on DGK, so I watched this film so many times to gain their style.
